The movie did not receive outstanding reviews upon release, but I consider that a real shame. I thought it did a good job representing the youth and an even better job at highlighting how poor social skills have become. Being able to really communicate with another person is a lost art, and as wonderful as technology is in revolutionalizing our lives, it shouldn’t deter us from building human-to-human interactions.
It was touching and entertaining to see middle-aged men trying to fit into a tech-savy generation. And the way they were able to brush off snarky remarks was nothing more than inspiring.
I say, nicely done, and a movie I could potentially watch repeatedly.
