This location is very hit or miss. The service can either be very atrocious or very friendly. During one visit, we were neglected, overcharged without being told, and made extremely uncomfortable. On a different visit, I got as many biscuits as my heart desired and the staff was always making sure we were all right.
If you’ve been to a Red Lobster then you know what the food is like: greasy, buttery, salty, and all-around seafood. From a Red Lobster-loving family, I can sincerely tell you that the chains outside New York are much better. There’s more care taken to your food than the careless manner you get in the City.
