Shapta – The meat was tender and abundant in flavor. The accompanying paratha was a perfect pairing; light, fluffy, and buttery.
Chili Chicken – A spicier version of General Tso’s chicken.
Chasha Shamdey – An exotic name for chicken curry. This has been the least favorite dish of mine; it’s heavy on cinnamon essence.
*If you’ve never had Himilayan cuisine, this is a good goto place in New York. The food has flavors from East and South Asia, so expect spices and elevate scents.
